Bad Bad Service delivery. No commitment

I was happy in the beginning (2019) They promised the stars but the service got worse and worse. The owners (jack and Darragh) which are from Ireland is constantly out of the country. They don't reply to mails or complaints.

I have contacted their office in George numerous times about bad service, just to be kept waiting. I'm not a business account, but have a small guesthouse and was promised a 1-2 working day response time in case of problems. I have reported my internet down on Wednesday 10:30, and were told they will only be able to attend next week Tuesday..5 working days...

I don't think the care anymore. My suggestion is get a local SA company to provide you with service
