A disgrace for any Internet service provider

This is the worst internet company I have ever come across when it comes to their accounting department in George western cape. They are cutting clients for doing early payments and even when the customer requested not to be debited every month and prefer to do early payments every month. The office manager are saying it is the directors giving her this instructions to cut clients even if they do early payments and they charge them for failed debit payments. The worst part of their services is their customer service that is never available and to get hold of them is the worst ever. The internet goes down on weekends and the only thing you can do is go to Facebook to communicate which take forever. I would recommend them to anyone and if you are a customer with them I would recommend that you cancel your services with them with immediate effect and avoid falling victim to a company that will let you down when you need them the most.
