Tired of ACOINS system problems 😤

This platform is problematic when it comes to payments reflecting on their system. This has happened so many times I’m annoyed and angry, they don’t even have a system where I can log a complaint, or speak to a supervisor, one would assume that they are aware of the system problems they are experiencing, but no, they respond as if the problem is with the banks or even worse they treat you as if you are trying your luck and hustling them for vouchers that you haven’t paid. Even when sending. The proof of payment like they request from the bank app, they still don’t accommodate you by releasing the fricking voucher. But they insist on the proof of payment from your banking app, and they don’t use it as confirmation of payment. What the actual ****😤
