Acoin not refund any deposits made
Making a deposit at acoin is not recommended, if you only have a copy of your ID as the original was ****** with my bag, I have to wait until I can produce a temp 🆔 Wich is costing money that I don't have as I am unemployed. Now R130 is in the bank account and they can't give me a reference, I can't gift it to someone else, I can't get a refund, but they do require a cash deposit

The worst customer service. They can just as well have none
The customer serice is absolutely appauling. First they tellme i am logged in in the wrong account. And the more i tell and show them i am logged in correctly the system has a glitch. The less they read and understand. Then after i show them the account they say i amloggex in does not show registeted as i changed from that nunber to this number. Then still they cant allocate my 300 voucher. Which was already paid on 00:32 1st jan.
