Bad bad bad

I purchased a R50 voucher for mobi games this morning at around 6am. Its more than 12hours later amd still no Voucher but the money is out of my bank acount. Mobi games even also dont want to assist me by heping getting hold of acoin. Ive sent the 2 mails today and no response.
