acoin worst platform ever

I find the company to be in very poor tast and very unprofessional aasking me to send documents to be verified which I was ok with that was untill they did not accept one document I sent after they gave me a list and i went according to that. the end of the day they had my money that had came out of my account it felt like I had to beg for it back.
