Acoin voucher ****mers!!!!

The most unprofessional and unhelpful customer assistance in any company I've ever seen!!! Bought a acoin voucher via their Ozow payment option on their website www.Acoin.co.za on the 30th November 2023 at 17:09, funds were deducted from my bank account immediately, my voucher didn't reflect on their website and I contacted customer support.

They requested the proof of payment either via a screenshot or email, after sending both they requested the proof from my bank, after sending all requested documents I was informed that they don't accept it and I have to wait 24-48 business hours before their accounts department will assist me in allocating the funds and send my voucher.

It's been 124 hours that I've been waiting, 79 business hours and 45 extra. 6 day's...every day I've been requesting my voucher, every day they have a new excuse(absolutely the most pathetic and unbelievable excuses and lies)every day a new excuse, 99% of them ******* and bordering on a online ****mers scheme.

I requested to speak to a supervisor on several occasions just to be fully ignored by 4 different customer support agents.

Acoin is a unreliable, inconsistent, unhelpful, unprofessional and ***********, indicating major ******** tendencies to de***** customer's without hesitation.
