Acoin bad customer service

I've bought a voucher last week the 16th of April 2021 via atm deposit and since then I did not receive any voucher via sms or even email after I've reported it to support. After I asked how long will it take to confirm it they say they cant give me a estimate time. I mean come on with the technology these days it will definitely not take 4 days just to confirm my voucher purchase and I've sent them prove of payment with the date.time and amount paid making it even easier for them to confirm.

It's bad customer service.

Btw I'm still waiting.....
