2 vouchers not allocated and all they say is they will update you.

I have 2 outstanding vouchers with acoin. The 1st one is from 15 Feb 2024 and now I have a 2nd voucher someone else did the payment for me of R900 from 6 April 2024 not allocated to me. He did the transfer in branch from std bank to standard bank, but forgot to give the branch colsultant my cell as ref. Acoin does not accept the transfer document as proof. Went to the bank for proof of payment and they said the transfer document is the proof. They then requested my id, a selfie of me holding my ID and proof of residence and the same from the person who did the transfer for me. After all this they requested a account confirmation letter, which is now being reviewed (for 2 days and counting). Went to the bank and they said the payment is through, they do not need all this documentation, they just need to cross reference the amount and date received with the automatic ref(acc holders name).

Its been 6 days and still they tell me please wait.
