Unprofessional rude teller protected by management!

I’m a clinician who does locums in the medical centre and l quickly went to grab a snack.The girl with the Mohawk assisted me.I greeted her in vain,she was assisting me but kept talking to her colleague and not once looked at me.When she gave my change she just threw it on the counter.Now I’m not expecting any special treatment but if she could do this to me,she can do this to anyone.Spoke to management about this treatment and they protected her obviously.In their defence they sent a video to my senior and not me,saying they can’t pick up any malicious act from their employee.This is really disgusting and unforgivable.This person is forever rude and I don’t understand why she never gets reprimanded.Ackermans pharmacy management you are biased.
