Super bad service at that pharmacy, worst service under the sun. Poor customer care, it has surely gone to the dogs
Worst customer service I received from this pharmacy, super disappointed. See me at that pharmacy, unalive me... I placed and order on their WhatsApp number, they didn't care to inform me that I cannot place 2 of the same item. I waited hours for my delivery until I had to call them to make a follow up. Only to be asked if my order of toilet paper was an emergency, if I still wanted to continue with the order. Like, why would I order something that I didn't want??? We cry for the beloved Ackermans pharmacy, it used to provide excellent services. They must start employing competent staff, not those thoughtless people who can't even have a respectful conversation on the phone. It's so disgusting

Terrible customer service the last year
Terrible customer service the last year It's disappointing to see a pharmacy that was once the heart of Primrose and known for community service become so corporate and heartless. It starts with management setting the example, and unfortunately the way customers are spoken to when they raise concerns reflects that. Very slow response on whatsapp and landlines are hardly answered .

Bad customer service
I bought a phone at Ackerman after 2 months the screendidnt break but gave me problems I then took it back they said they'll repair it I waited for 3 weeks when I went there they had the phone and didn't even fix it am so disappointed at their service and I only have 1 phone and I saved for months to get it please help me

Bad customer service

Aweful Service
Since the expansion of the pharmacy service is SHOCKING. Far to many staff standing around chatting & some clogging the passage ways with their trolleys filling shelves. You have to literally climb over them. On phoning going through the various IVR numbers, your call is often unanswered., resulting a repeat call. Only decent service is at the pharmacy counter. Thise people work non-stop just a pity about the other free loaders/dead wood.

Secondly for your amazing patient service! I was attended to quickly and so efficiently! Both Dr. Sipho and her entire Team were friendly, professional, helpful and AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT!! 5 stars in this review are simply not enough! 10 stars would be more adequate in this regard!!! Please make sure Dr. Sipho and Her Team are rewarded greatly!!!
