unhelpful staff

I had a laybye at Ackermans in Promenade, unfortunately it got expired, I then went to Ackermans in claremont to get the money i paid loaded on the gift card as they state on the slip. To my surprise I was told that i need to got to Promenade where the laybye was made. I found this unacceptable as this is a franchise store, and this is not the first time its happening. In January I bought Jeans at Ackermans In cape town, they didn't fit in and when i returned them it was over 30 days, ackermans in Claremont said I need to go to cape town to have the money loaded into the gift card (where i bought the item) but when I went to Ackermans in Khayelitsha they did that for me without any hesitation.

The staff is claremont is not helpful at all and it is unfortunate that I work in claremont which makes it the closest store to me.
