Terrible service

Phoned them to enquire about filling an oxygen bottle urgently. Was told that it takes 6hours. I dropped the bottle off at 10am. At 5:52pm I phone to enquire and was cut off. Phoned again and was told that someone would phone me back. At 6:45pm I Phoned AGAIN to be told someone would phone me back. It is now 7:15pm and I have had NO FEEDBACK. Terrible terrible service!!
