Terrible customer service the last year

It's disappointing to see a pharmacy that was once the heart of Primrose and known for community service become so corporate and heartless. It starts with management setting the example, and unfortunately the way customers are spoken to when they raise concerns reflects that. Very slow response on whatsapp and landlines are hardly answered .
