POOR, TERRIBLE SERVICE . NOT RECOMENDABLE

Pathetic service. you send scripts through, they ALWAYS get it wrong. my husband's med, we get an sms that his script has been packed and we can collect or they can deliver. they dont stick to delivery times, meds always wrong. they either dont send everything, or they ask for an original script, which we sent them over and over.

in the early days, they used to be the best pharmacy in the Primrose area. But now, they are not. the people that are working on the whatsapp line, CANT READ.

if you want to provide a convenient service, then train your staff properly to attend and READ the scripts.

we have had it, we are moving over to Dischem.

its as if it gets worse as the years go by.

their doctor services as well. we asked for a repeat script, we got one script NOT a repeat. when we asked that it must be a repeat script we had to pay again CASH not through medical aid. Our doctor we e-mail and they send the script through, and its goes through the medical aid.

we used this doctors ONCE never again. when we got there they did not even examine me or my son. not temperatures check, no vitals checked. unfortunately our doctor was away, hence us using ackermed.
