DELIVERY SERVICE

Either fix your putrid delivery service or just cancel it all together ! I tried ordering with a script via WhatsApp at 8am and was told to send my details, I did. No response. My mother then placed the order again. I only got a processed response at 15h05. I called TWICE. I sent another text on WhatsApp and I was told they missed my order and have to wait until 5pm. 5pm!!! The whole day awaiting medication I needed urgently and I stated that I was unable to go to the pharmacy myself. Hence me using the " delivery service " provided. Please do something about this. Unacceptable.
