Bad service for chronic medicine

After many year's my thyroids medication that I buy gets increased, I order it from my pharmacy and get delivered only half of my dosage and get billed twice for one delivery. Now I have to wait till Monday for a result of not receiving critical chronic medicine. What type of customer service play's with you life?
