Ackermans Pharmacy - Disgrace!!!

I have ordered scripts and medication from Ackermans and the last 3 times my deliveries have been well past 3.5-4 hours late. I stay less than 5km from them. I ordered my script today at 12pm to be told by Mandy that my order will only leave at 3pm, I followed up when it got to 4pm and every hour after that, they kept telling me that my parcel was with the driver 3 times and when I called at 8PM I was told my parcel was rejected as I either wasn’t at home or answers the call???!! I’m sick of this! If you offer a service why are you not delivering to the agreement?!! Absolutely shocking!!!
