Warning 're Acer computer products

Be warned that when you buy a laptop from Acer that includes Windows you are not getting what you pay for. You will not get an installation disk nor your activation code for windows so if you ever need to reinstall Windows you will not be able to do do unless you 're purchase Windows again. This despite the fact that you have already paid for and own a valid Windows product. This is a clear contravention of the consumer protection act which they are unconcerned about. My laptop crashed within 3 months and regardless of the warranty they have also not offered to take a look. Their solution is that I must buy Windows again to get a new activation key as I have cannot 're use on the same laptop the code I already own. I tried to escalate this to a manager but these requests were ignored by the call centre. I tried phoning but the department to who the receptionist put me through never answered for twenty minutes. I am amazed that despite being contrary to the consumer protection act Acer still insists you 're purchase something you already ow
