Unacceptable

<p>I am so disappointed in Acer. My husband bought me a Acer Liquid phone. The phone fell down once and the whole screen shattered, not just crack the whole screen is shattered into pieces. We took the phone to local companies which only informed us that the screen can not be repaired since they do not have those screens. We informed Acer about this and they quoted us more than we paid for the phone. This is nonsense my phone was not even a month old. I have not heard of an touch screen which has not had cracks or shattered and could not be repaired? Worse experience with ACER ever. All our laptops is Acer brand names but I must say I am super disappointed wonder if they will have the same reaction when something happens to the laptops? Long story short being that it would be a major waste of time and money to repair the phone since I can just purchase a new phone. How do you guys expect to keep clients if this is your attitude towards loyal regular customers? I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone EVER</p>
