Support is non existent. I know it's Covid time an everyone is under pressure, but using this as an excuse for nonexistent service is pathetic. I submitted a support ticket to have my laptop sent in for repairs, it was a bit buggy but i got there in the end. I received a email with the ref ID, stating that they will get back to me shortly. This is a no reply address and the mail has no contact detail. 24 Hours later i decide to call, This is one of those companies that hide their contact numbers amongst a deluge of text. Please people just have a list! I found a 087 Number, that you have to go through a whole lot of mambo jumbo disclaimers before they even give you an option for a selection, This would be fine, but it doesn't work. I tried all the numbers options. You have to listen to these options 3 times before it automatically starts ringing the switchboard. My first try just after 10:43am had someone pickup, i could hear them but the telephone system would not let them hear me.I was in a rush so i would try later. 2:54Pm Exact same issue as before yet this time the phone rings for 7 minutes and the just cuts out. For a computer company that should be technologically savvy, yet fail at the basic telephony system is pathetic. I you don't want to have to deal with clients then carry on as exactly as you are because you wont have many soon.
