TERRIBLE MACHINE AND NO SERVICE.

I was generous with a 1 rating and would definitely recommend NEVER buying an Acer computer. We spent close to R 18 000 on a computer which 3 months of the warantee year in repairs and when trying to speak to someone at Acer did not even get the courtesy of a call back. It is now just out of warranty and back in for repairs. No fault was now found but was charged an assessment fee and then the same amount as a labour fee for nothing but an assessment. When questioning it the receptionist said Acer charges R 450 for this and told her to charge the amount again but if I take what I was charged it was over R 500. Nothing adds not even the story so the name of the manager at Acer. Phoned 4 times.where they terminated the call then eventually told me to speak to technical. Basically just fob offs so if you want to waste money on an expensive computer that gives consistant problems and less than no customee support or service and a company who is just interested in sucking cash from customers who already paid too much for their products, feel free to buy an Acer. Just be ready to be inderweallmed. Still doesn't work properly so can't even sell it to someone!!!!
