Still waiting for Acer to collect my phone

I booked my phone for repairs on Acer's website and received a reference number of ***s. I called the call center and was told the phone would be collected within two days. Now six days later, Im still waiting for their courier company to fetch the phone. I called the call center a few times, but get no joy.
