Poorly Designed Product

hello Peter. I own an Acer Z500. you wont believe that I can not download directly to my memory card despite there being an option to select Mcard as primary storage. what benefit is that then. the agent I dealt with advised that I should make space on the phone first. that's a bit dumb if one can select the primary to be Mcard. there's nothing smart about this phone. thank you
