Poor service

I recently purchased an acer aspire laptop from game stores in Gateway. I was clearly told that it comes with a 2 year onsite warranty. After purchasing i registered with acer and i was then told it only has a 1 year warranty. The email is so unprofessional filled with spelling errors, i did not receive a response when i asked for clarity on the warranty.
