Pathetic acer laptops

*********** and pathetic brand, I should have sticked with HP. I haven't used my laptop for more than three weeks but it has already went for repair two times due to technical fault. Still don't have it back yet and the last time I saw it is a month ago when I returned for the second time. The Game store doesn't want to assist and they say I should communicate with the manufacturer and not them. I sent a request for a new device or refund upon the second return but my application was ignored and now I am told there's nothing they can do about it.
