Non service for Acer Nitro 5

I bought an acer nitro 5, damn expensive 22K, have had it since February 2021. Switches on but screen remains blank. Took it back to Incredible Connection, Fourways a week ago. My income relies on me being able to work. This is urgent. I phoned today, laptop has not even been collected from IC. Was told its out of warranty on their system and I have to send proof of purchase. I am losing money at a rapid rate and no one gives a damn. I want a refund to purchase an HP rather. What kind of non service is this??
