No servibg customers at all

I have an ACER Aspire ES 15...buy long ago..but I couldn't use it...was something very wrong...I was in very strong pain ****ers for almost 2 years..couldnt use it..now I am better try to use it...is so so slow take more than 10 minutes to swicht it on...to open the page an other 10 minutes ..to watch a video busing every minute...a royal nightmare...calling Linette at ACER inform me I have to go to Midrand to fix it..ok I am in...tgen sge told me I have to pay R250 just to look at it...because tge repairing Co is a separate Co...ACER do not fix rbey own computers at all...I am in a pickle...but ACER IS THE WORST when is coming to help their own customer. .was all acer at home..pc laptops etc...not any more...crao
