low quality laptops

I got an acer laptop over a year ago. Now the laptop won't switch on. It gives me error code that my laptops requires a recovery disc or usb. Had no idea what that is. Called Acer they tell me the operating system or hardware must be replaced. Their warranty is only a year and their products automatically ally become faulty after a year. What the hell does that mean. Do they tell people that? Cause I would have not bought it. They said I must contact re-genisis to repair it. I'm in rustenburg this people are in Midland. I have important documents that I need as in now. Acer is ******* and Il stand at every store and tell anyone who will listen. U sell u ******* laptops that don't last and u even have the guts to say your products are faulty. What the hell am I suppose to do with it?
