LAPTOP IS VERY SLOW

I bought a laptop on a 3 year contract, the laptop was very slow until today it's difficult for me to use it.

I reported the matter several times and I was told to take for repairs in Midrand and I did that at a cost... it came back with a same problem.

I paid for 3 years for a product that is not working the way it should be. I am literally stuck with it .I don't know what to do anymore.
