Great Service from Acer

My Brand new Acer laptop's screen \just popped"and looked cracked. I send the laptop with a courier to the Acer repair centre and was told if Acer repair the laptop I am responsible for the cost. I was very upset as I was not responsible for the Acer cracked screen.<br> After numerous phone calls I eventually spoke to Dave the Technical Director. He said Acer will do the repairs for me - free of charge - and courier it back to me in Herm****. I was blown away by his professional manner in which he dealt with this problem.
