Great Acer experience

When my Acer Switch broke, I phoned Acer. Without any problem they sent the courier to my house, pick up device, phone me to notify they have replaced charger and send it back to me. Yes it was under warranty, but the convenience of me not leaving my home to fix my device is really great. <br> <br> Thank you Acer!!!<br> Will be supporting you always.<br> <br> P.s. using my device now to type this compliment.
