False advertising

I recently purchased a Acer Travelmate at the Acer online store, once the product was delivered I had realised that the PC did not come standard with Windows 10 Pro nor 8 GB memory as stated in the product specifications online.

Even thought the call centre agent was very friendly and helpfulI I still do not have a product key for the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, nor a laptop with 8 GB memory.

I was told I must keep in mind that I still paid a good price for what I received. This is not my problem if the advertising team made an error on the adverti*****t.

Luckily I took screen shots of this mistake on the adverti*****t, as it has since been rectified (Partially only), but it just shows you Acer has time to fix their mistakes but no time for customer service.

It is as simple as if a product is advertised with certain specs, at a certain price, the seller must deliver that product.

So in short this is unacceptable and must be rectified...
