EMPTY PROMISES AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Full of empty promises and very bad customer service from the rewards program. There was an advert which said if you buy a notebook for +R10,000 you receive rewards worth R4,000. I sent an email to their rewards department, they never rep**** until I complained on Facebook, than they rep**** to my email and made empty promises (promised to send vouchers the following day), and it's been over a week now I am still waiting for those vouchers.

They also promised to get me R500 return flight discount with their partners, I sent back the form I had to fill in, and they never got back to me. I sent follow up emails and they have been no response. When I called to check in, the consultant was clueless he did not even know who are those partners when I asked.
