Easy warranty service

Just an initial review, but wanted to share it. I purchased an Acer A315 A56 last year in July and it wasnt used much but the hinge of the laptop has failed and I looked a request with Acer asking if would be covered eventhough the warranty had expired. Not only did they agree to the claim, the laptop was fetched within 12 hours of logging the claim request. I am really impressed thus far! Awesome work Acer!
