Do not support ACER, terrible quality and nonexistent customer service

This company does not care about thier customers and they produce faulty machines with false warranty policies.

Never purchase an Acer product ... I purchased an Acer laptop last year and after about 2 months, the laptop stopped working. ACER found a fault in the original SSD. 6 months later my laptop has screen went blank. It's 8 months old now. Acer said there is nothing they can do (even though it is still under warranty).

This company does not care about thier customers, they don't reply to any concerns.
