DO NOT BUY Acer computers or lap tops and do not buy from any one that can only sell but cant service the product they sell

Some time I ask my self why do people get away with ******. Acer computers Africa have lots of complains on Google but to my opinion anyone that have anything to worn the public of should make every effort to ruin the companies they complain about so they cant hurt anyone no more but because we are to lazy and we say its not worth the effort this companies get away with all their miss doings. their for this notice is to teach Acer Computers a lesson they will never forget, And be advised I'V warren them that I will do a proper job of advising the people of this country not to buy an Acer computer ever. One should be able to get a new battery for their lap top pc computer with out having to run arround the whole country and come back empty handed. I'V contacted Incredible Connection on Wednesday a week ago cause i bought my Lap top Acer from them but sorry we just sell their product we don't do parts 'You must go to MATRIX they will have it so i gone to Matrix but Sorry no stock so i contacted Acer i sent them my lap top Serial Number and before time i get an email with part number and an agent that will be able to help me i was told that the battery will cost 600-700 RandI phoned the agent who told me sorry no stock 2 - 3 weeks but you must pay R 1700 I said that Acer quoted me only R 700 i got complete interrogation who at the Acer gave you this price give me his name i did he said to me they charge R 1700 and if i want i must give them my Email address they will send me an invoice once i paid they will deliver but i must pay another R150 for delivery . when i spoke the Acer that same afternoon they told me they will investigate it and get back to me before 10 o'clock the next morning . i got a call in the morning ya look yes you rite but you see i just gave you an estimate (estimate R1000 out)they charge to asses your lep top and install the battery that is why it is R1700 I'd like to know exactly were and when they going to asses my lap top and install the battery if they tell you to EFT a payment and they will have the battery delivered at an extra cost of R150. Long story Short DO NOT TOUCH ACER COMPUTERS AND DO NOT BUY FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION as they just take your money and sell you a product that they cant offer service to replace faulty parts and to top it all up Acer magic word , YOUR LAP TOP IS OUT OF WARRANTY WE DON'T HAVE TO HAVE PARTS OR BATTERIES FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF WARRANTY . Nice one try say to your on child sorry boy you are 18 years old worry for your self that will go down well. Dear Fallow South Africans do not let companies like that get away demand your service, you paid for it you deserve to be treated fairly
