Disappointing service.

I am trying to acquire a new battery for an Acer laptop I bought late last year. I have tried emailing a salesperson, got no response. I then contacted them on Facebook and they gave me a website to reach out to, I emailed the guys and the person just rep**** that they couldn't assist me after getting the serial number of the laptop from me.

Basically, I am stuck with a machine which I can't get a new battery from. Tried Matrix Warehouse and they too, don't have it. I really need some assistance with this as I don't know what to do now.
