Bad customer service

I bought a Acer laptop at IT Naked and after two weeks it started to give me problems and was failing to start a window a blue screen of death was showing and I returned it back to the store where I bought it together with the warranty slip so they to it back to Acer but Acer instead of fixing the problem or replace the laptop they came up with excuses saying that there's a liquid in the laptop so they can't repair it unless I pay R6000 which is almost the same amount I bought the laptop with till today my laptop is with them and I refuse to take it back until it's fixed all am saying don't go but an Acer products or never buy anything at the Naked IT in Newtown Junction they are very unprofessional and they don't care about the customer they also clueless and they're stock is faulty together with Acer

Even the Acer manager Dave could help with anything which brings me to my surprise what kind of customers are they serving from what i've experience with Acer it's really shameful.

Dear Customer
It is unfortunate that you feel this way but as communicated telephonically and by email, the service provider inspected the unit and evidence of liquid spillage was found on the unit. Traces of spillage were found on the main board, hard disk drive and the memory module. We offered to provide you with the photographic evidence which you declined. As per the limited warranty liquid spillage is not covered by the warranty.
As a goodwill gesture we offered you a discount on the parts which you also opted not to accept. Unfortunately we are unable to repair the unit under warranty and the only option would be for you to pay for the required parts.
Thank You
