Almost new laptop is dead!

Never purchase an Acer.. I purchased an Acer A315 i3 last year and after about 11 months, the left hand side screen hinge failed. This was fixed by Acer and I am grateful for that. Now 2 months on and my laptop has died. It's 13 months old? Acer have now said that they wont cover it coz I am a few weeks out of support.

I now sit with a very expensive door stop that is utterly useless to me. Acer is now a true heap of *******.
