ACER warranty , and Excuses

I bought acer Ci3 Spin in September2020 , and it stop worked in Feb2021 , i took it to Technologia Group , ( acer service centre ) they send me quote of 8k Plus ( because motherboard is Dead ), when i told them its under warranty , then they asked for pop which i gave them when i booked it in , i email them again , then they told me that laptop had warranty 2019 to 2020 and , which is expired , and I bought that Laptop from Tarsus Distribution , i will not buy again any Acer Product , if they cannot provide 1 year proper warranty from the POP . Like Dell , HP . , and if i have any problem with dell or HP , i always take it to the ENSURE ( Service Centre ) and i provide them POP and they are always very helpfull and and professional . Acer has POOR warranty Coverage and there Service Centre is not professional . they will come up with excuse to repair your product and keep you wait .
