Acer the biggest let down

<p>My sister bought an Acer phone from Foschini last month, two weeks later the battery started getting hot like extremely hot and the battery didn’t last at all. She took it back to the store where she bought it and two weeks later the phone was still in the store because Acer has not responded to any of the e-mails the store sent to Acer. The lady at Foschini has been very helpful but there’s so much that she can do, she has tried to call Acer and no answer, so my sister has to take back the phone with an overheating battery which means anything can happened. My sister is unemployed and had to borrow money to buy this phone which she needs to apply for jobs and check her e-mails for job application. I expected more from such a reputable company like Acer, but I’ve been so disappointed and maybe it’s a lesson to stay away from Acer brands when one buys certain products. The sad thing is when she collected the phone the box was filled with phone waiting to be collected.</p>
