Acer Still Operating?

Bought brand new laptop. Failed out of box. Crashes all the time. They do not answer phone or respond to emails. R15000 in the toilet. Never ever buy acer. Now off to spend another R15k to buy a lenovo or something that actually works. Thank you Acer, never again.
