Acer ******* product and Poor Customer service!!!!!!

I have been Trying to get hold of Acer with regards to my daughters Acer Chromebook it to about 40 calls to get hold of them. once I got through I was asked for the serial number of the machine so that they could get my details. which was confirmed as correct. the consultant who couldn't help me says they having a problem with the system as it is saying that the Warranties of a few customers had expired when they hadn't. He told me he is unable to assist me unless I have the delivery note for my machine. So my warning is be careful of Acer you buy a R9000 machine and you get no customer service. I now sit with a machine that wont come on and R9000 down the drain.
