Acer E1-510 - Do you understand the term WARRANTY?

Purchased Acer E1-510 from Al**** Computers in East London 6 months ago. Power jack is not secure so charging is intermittent. Returned computer for repair and they inform me that ACER do not cover that part. Some excuse about it being a part that I could damage? <br> <br> They then said I could go direct to Acer and attempt to get warranty that way.<br> <br> I bought an Acer computer from Al**** Computers . I have returned it to the supplier. I expect the supplier and the manufacterer to replace or repair. No buck passing. No accusing me of breaking the computer.<br> <br> Simon<br>
