Acer Africa must go

I bought a laptop that not even 2 years old. Spilled some coffee on it and took it in to the Acer repair center in Midrand. I was quoted and paid the required amount upfront. Its been 2 month and still no word on when they can fix it. Apparently they do not know how to order the parts and they do not have an eta on when anything can be done. My laptop is now being held ransom. The shod-yest, most amateurish service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. I will be sure to avoid Acer laptops in the future and will warn all my customers and people i come across about them. It is now my life goal to get rid of Acer laptops in South Africa.
