Very bad after sale and customer help

I’m very disappointed in ACDC we have bought flood LED Lights by them with I think 2 year guarantee on them we have been struggling to get this matter resolved for more than 4 months now and still nothing we send them everything they asked for gave the lights in and still nothing we had an meeting with George from ACDC Edenvale and Leon we keep on asking wat is going on with our lights as it is costing us money now to replace our customers lights we need to buy flood lights again to keep our customers happy I’m sick and tired of AC/DC taking us for idiots we have guarantee on the lights and they don’t want to replace them the guy we are dealing with now Shane doesn’t have a clue on what’s going on he keeps on changing his story if I phone he tell me one thing if my husband phones he tells him something different.
