Useless electronic equipement

Bought a 24V 10 Amp charger from ACDC Dynamics Cape Town in April 2022 which functioned perfectly for 10days then packed up. Sent it back to them for a warranty repair/replacement. They refuse to accept any liability. I operated an identical charger of theirs which I bought in Pinetown KZN under identical conditions which lasted 18months then burned out due to the cooling fan failing. Very disappointing service.
