Terrible service and poor product quality sold.

Bought a 24amp/hr battery from them. Took it to install at a client and found the battery was not working, the next day you went back to exchange and they said they cannot do anything but send it in for inspection. They never exchanged and kept the battery for 3week to return it to me and said they cannot exchange as it had been repeatedly overcharged. I’m am disgusted by the service and had to fulfill their poor product out of pocket.
