STRUGGLING TO GET A REFUND

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I feel like I have been ****med right now . I have been Struggling to get a refund for the past 2 weeks . So after sending them a detailed description they went ahead and quoted me then I paid , on the same day I asked the sales person if she’s certain on the item then it was then that she realised that she quoted me on the incorrect spec . I then requested to cancel the order and be reimbursed she said will contact the accounts department . I sent the POP and account confirmation for the refund , only for them to say that the POP is incorrect because it has my surname on it which I felt like was another delaying tactic . Then I sent the further documents they requested and was told that the payment will be released on 27/28 October . It’s the 7th/11/2022 and I still haven’t received the refund . I sent an email on 31/11/2022 which they just ignored.
